Chief Executive Officer

Greg Price, Chief Executive Officer, is an executive with 25 years of experience serving the healthcare and information technology spaces. He has in-depth expertise in Executive Leadership, IT strategy, solution assessment, enterprise integration, application development, business intelligence, revenue cycle management, and electronic medical records (EMR System) in behavioral health, pain management, and addiction settings. Greg is the founder of the Substance Abuse and Medication Management System (SAMMS), a leading Behavioral Health EHR Software.

SAMMS is a comprehensive behavioral health EHR system for pain management and addiction clinics. SAMMS is in use in 450+ clinics in 43 states and serves over 200,000 patients each day. SAMMS clients include clinics, hospitals, county health departments, correctional facilities, large clinic groups, and both state and federal government agencies. SAMMS is recognized as one of the best EHR for mental health.

Greg has extensive knowledge in US and International business operations, with a specific focus on the India and the Philippines markets. In these specific regions, he has managed entities from inception to operations with more than 200 people. Greg’s expertise also includes the implementation of clinical workflows and EHR integration software.

In Greg’s free time, he loves to cook and spend time with his wife and two children.

David McEntee

VP, Operations & Infrastructure

David McEntee brings over 25 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and entrepreneurship in IT. As the Director of Healthcare IT Infrastructure, David is responsible for all technology, data security, and support of SAMMS Healthcare systems, ensuring seamless clinical workflows. Prior to SAMMS, David was a partner and director in the Healthcare Group at Netrix Global. Prior to Netrix, David owned and operated managed service providers, including Bullet Group Consulting, providing technology support for numerous healthcare clinics throughout the country, particularly in implementing EMR systems and EHR integration software.

David holds a BA in Healthcare Management, and in his free time, loves to travel and hike at the Indiana Dunes National Park.

Ed Natera

VP, Product & Development

Ed Natera is a seasoned business and information technology professional with an impressive 35-year career spanning diverse industries. With expertise in business development, network engineering, software development, and security & infrastructure, Ed has made significant contributions to sectors such as healthcare, aviation, legal, insurance, finance, e-commerce, and news & entertainment. Over the past decade, he has honed his skills as a subject matter expert in behavioral healthcare, concentrating on clinic operations, workflow optimization, and the development of Behavioral Health EHR software.

Ed’s wealth of experience and versatile skill set make him a valuable asset in navigating the complex intersections of technology and business, ensuring successful outcomes and efficiency improvements for his clients, particularly through the use of clinical workflow optimization and behavioral health software.

Tim Bieschke

VP, Revenue Cycle Management

Tim Bieschke has 22 years of experience in opioid addiction treatment, specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) organizations. He has been with SAMMS since its inception and has been immersed in-clinic operations from patient intake through all aspects of treatment and discharge. Tim has a strong understanding of the databases and software development underlying SAMMS, which includes advanced medical billing software for small businesses and large organizations alike.

Over the past decade, Tim has cultivated SAMMS billing and RCM capabilities from self-pay only to hundreds of millions per year in MAT billing across various payers. Tim currently leads the SAMMS team that manages all phases of Revenue Cycle Management, utilizing advanced RCM software and Revenue Cycle Management Healthcare solutions.

Ted Devlin

VP, Support & Installations

Ted is a native of Chicago who has worked on the development of SAMMS since its inception close to 20 years ago. He currently leads support and installation efforts and is instrumental in seamless transitions from competitors’ products. Whether tuning databases, coding a new feature into the app, or making sure all clients are running smoothly with the support team, Ted relishes solving clients’ problems and anticipating their needs. When not traveling the country overseeing installs.

Ted lives a block from Wrigley Field and enjoys many Cubs games during the summer, a well- stocked Bears tailgate during the fall, and many concerts in Chicago’s vibrant music scene. As an animal lover, Ted has helped out at local no-kill shelters and been a foster fail of a coonhound for over 10 years.
